Beluski Does Vegas

Tomorrow I am off to Las Vegas. My neice, Annabelle Lee, will be making her first debut in Vegas. Her cousin Hunter will be meeting up with her, poolside. Stay tuned for more photos about this meet up. Remember, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!"

San Pedro Sleeper

Originally I was going to go to a Love-in to mark the anniversary of September 11th. At the last minute, I decided to go to the Farmer's Market and then on a picnic in San Pedro with my friend Elida and her sister who was visiting from Denmark. I brought pizza dough and veggies over to Elida's new home in San Pedro. I commented on how tired I was feeling that afternoon. Elida made me espresso. In order to get to our lighthouse destination, we biked. I rode the electric bike, which means I barely had to pedal. I put on a helmet and hit the accelerator. Easy breezy! By the time we got to the picnic, I was a bit hungry. Actually, I was "four-slices" hungry. And, apparently I was more tired than I thought. I fell asleep on the sheet. Elida had to wake me up for the bike ride home. As far as social graces go, my etiquette was picnic poor.
